Truffle Bloody Mary
Indulge in the opulence of truffles with this Truffle Bloody Mary. Perfect for a sophisticated brunch or a special occasion, this recipe elevates the traditional Bloody Mary with the distinct aroma and taste of truffles. Using Truffle Hill’s truffle-infused products, each sip offers a harmonious blend of rich, earthy flavours and the classic spicy kick of a Bloody Mary.

INGREDIENTS
- ½ cup Truffle Vodka
- 1 cup high-quality tomato juice
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice, freshly squeezed
- 1 tsp Truffle Hill Truffle Mustard
- 1/2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 4 dashes of Truffle Hill Truffle Hot Sauce (adjust to taste)
- 1/4 tsp Truffle Hill Truffle Salt, plus extra for rimming
- 1/4 tsp freshly ground black pepper
- Ice cubes
- Garnishes: olives, lemon wedges, sprigs of fresh herbs (like thyme or basil), or any garnish of your choice
METHOD
- Prepare the Glasses: Rim two tall glasses with Truffle Hill Truffle Salt. Fill the glasses with ice cubes.
- Mix the Cocktail: In a shaker, combine the truffle vodka, tomato juice, lemon juice, Truffle Hill Truffle Mustard, Worcestershire sauce, Truffle Hill Truffle Hot Sauce, Truffle Hill Truffle Salt, and black pepper. Shake well until the mixture is well combined and chilled.
- Strain and Serve: Strain the mixture evenly into the prepared glasses.
- Garnish: Add the garnish you prefer for each glass.
- Enjoy: Serve immediately and savour the luxurious blend of truffle and classic Bloody Mary flavours.
