Return, Refund and Replacement Policy
If you receive your Truffle Hill product/s and they are damaged or the order is incorrect, we will either refund or replace your purchase on the following conditions:
- Products must be returned to us within 7 days of you receiving them.
- The products must not have been used.
To initiate a return of your products please email kara@trufflehill.com.au and elect a replacement or a refund and provide proof of purchase.
Shipping
Covid-19 and national lockdowns are causing supply chain issues in some states, resulting in slower Australia Post delivery times. Please allow 1 or 2 days extra on top of normal postage delivery times.
Once we have dispatched your products, you will receive a tracking number to enable you to track the delivery of your order.
On delivery please place your truffle in a refrigerator as soon as possible.
The Australia Post delivery network can be unreliable when there are lockdowns in place, we monitor shipments from the previous week and if we find it to be unreliable we reserve the right to cancel and refund your order. If cancellation is necessary, we will notify you via email as soon as possible and apologise for any inconvenience, however due to the Covid-19 Pandemic this can not be avoided.
