INGREDIENTS
- 2 large sweet potatoes, peeled and cut into fries
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons Truffle Hill Truffle Oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Truffle Hill Truffle Salt and pepper, to taste
- Truffle Hill Truffle Aioli or Truffle Mustard for dipping
METHOD
- Preheat the oven to 220°C.
- In a large bowl, toss the sweet potato fries with olive oil, truffle oil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.
- Spread the fries out in a single layer on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, flipping the fries halfway through until they are crispy and golden brown.
- For dipping, serve the fries hot with Truffle Hill Truffle Aioli or Truffle Mustard.
