Crispy Truffle Roast Potatoes

A crispy, golden side dish taken to the next level with the rich, earthy flavour of Truffle Hill Truffle Seasoning. Perfect for dinner parties, family roasts or an indulgent Sunday lunch.

  • 1 kg baby potatoes, halved
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon cracked black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Truffle Hill Truffle Seasoning
  1. Preheat your oven to 200°C (fan-forced).
  2. Toss halved baby potatoes with olive oil, salt and pepper in a large bowl.
  3. Spread them out on a baking tray, cut side down. Roast for 35–40 minutes or until golden and crispy.
  4. Remove from oven and while still hot, sprinkle with Truffle Hill Truffle Seasoning. Toss gently to coat.
  5. Serve immediately as a luxurious side dish or snack.
