Spicy Bloody Mary
A bold and fiery twist on the classic Bloody Mary. This version brings the heat with savoury depth and a zesty finish that keeps you coming back for more. Perfect for brunch or anytime you need a flavour-packed pick-me-up.
INGREDIENTS
- 60ml vodka
- 30ml Truffle Hill Truffle Hot Sauce
- 15ml lemon juice
- 10ml Worcestershire sauce
- 120ml tomato juice
- Celery salt (for rimming)
- Garnish: olives, lemon wedge, celery
- Cracked black pepper (to finish)
METHOD
- Rim a tall glass with celery salt.
- Fill the glass with ice.
- Add vodka, hot sauce, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, and tomato juice.
- Stir well to combine.
- Garnish with olives, lemon, and celery. Finish with a grind of black pepper.
