Enjoy a truffle tasting experience at home!

Truffles found on our farm are the result of hard work, passion and our overall philosophy of excellence.

All our products are a true testament to this, and one we are truly proud of. The recipes displayed today are a result of people asking for more recipes on how to cook with fresh Black Perigord Truffle and Truffle Hill products in their home, for friends and family more often.

Luckily we have an amazing collective of cooks and foodies to call on showcase an array of recipes that can help even the most novice home cook prepare an exquisite snack or meal.

Truffle Aioli Recipes, ricotta and citrus squeeze on toast. Add a fig or two, some pistacchios’ and almonds, for a truly decadent breakfast experience..

INGREDIENTS
  • 30g black truffle
  • 1 tablespoon Cognac
  • 500ml chicken stock (see note below)
  • 4 slices of sourdough bread, toasted
  • 250g ricotta
  • 2 fresh figs, cut into eighths
  • 2 dried figs, sliced thinly
  • 1/4 cup pistachios, sliced thinly
  • 1/4 cup almonds, sliced thinly
  • Truffle Honey from Truffle Hill, to taste
  • Micro watercress to garnish

METHOD

Lay the four slices of toast on two plates.

Spread the ricotta over each slice.

Top 2 slices with fresh fig, and the other two with dried fig.

Scatter over the nuts, drizzle with Truffle Honey from

Truffle Hill, then garnish with micro watercress.
