The five-course feast will delight with dishes such as the delicate Lemon Myrtle Cured Ora King Salmon to the downright irresistible Santini Ravioli Alla Carbonara. Every plate will be an adventure of flavours, enhanced by the aroma and complexity of our truffles expertly paired will be a selection of opulent and age-worthy vintages from Leeuwin Estate.
