Return, Refund and Replacement Policy

If you receive your Truffle Hill product/s and they are damaged or the order is incorrect, we will either refund or replace your purchase on the following conditions:

  • Products must be returned to us within 7 days of you receiving them.
  • The products must not have been used.

To initiate a return of your products please email kara@trufflehill.com.au and elect a replacement or a refund and provide proof of purchase.

Shipping

Once an order is placed we will have the order dispatched ASAP. Once dispatched, an Australia Post tracking number will be sent to via email which will enable you to track your order and gain excitement whilst your Truffle goods make their way to your delivery address.

On delivery please place your truffle products in a refrigerator as soon as possible to ensure maximisation of product lifespan.
